We currently ship worldwide. Some items may not be available in certain regions due to supplier restrictions.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or high demand, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Since we work with multiple suppliers, estimated delivery times are:

  • USA & Canada: 8–20 business days

  • Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.


 Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping is free on most items unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Expedited options (if available) will be shown during checkout.


 Tracking Orders

  • Most orders include a tracking number. You will receive it via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking information to update.


Delayed or Lost Packages

  • SnapHive is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier errors.
